About This Project

A renovation of over 140 guest rooms at the Carlsbad by the Sea Resort. This includes completely new bathrooms with new fixtures. The electrical was also remodeled to include new lighting and additional outlets. Additionally, new flooring was installed and walls painted in order to accommodate the freshened look. The hotel stayed smoothly in operation while work was ongoing. Pictures to come soon.
