Architect: Whitfield Associates | Structural Engineer: Grimm and Chen Structural Engineering

Extensive remodel of existing structure to create a brand new Porsche dealership in Santa Clarita. Adding an additional 5,000 square feet to the existing building on the showroom level, the dealership has an extensive automotive museum in the basement, a first level showroom and service department, and a 2nd level office and storage area. The first floor also consists of a new restaurant and boutique retail shop. Along with these experiences, the glass floor installed into the existing post-tension deck in the showroom gives a look down to the Wünderground museum below.
