About This Project

A new residential community for students of the Seminary and their families situated on over 10 acres and is comprised of 8 building totaling 64 apartment units with a mix of 1b/1b, 2b/2b, and 3b/3b. Each apartment comes equipped with all appliances, including refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. The residential village also includes a common area with both internal and external spaces, including a fire pit and playground.
