About This Project

The complete rebuild of this Toyota campus in San Jose, CA includes the full demolition of the existing buildings, totaling 93,512 sf and the rebuild of a three-story building totaling 29,547 sf.  A full-service bay for the use of repair of vehicles in conjunction with passenger vehicle sales retail space.  The retail space includes offices, service advisors meeting space, a customer lounge space and display space for vehicles.  The complete rebuild of the exterior spaces including parking lots, entrance areas and full landscaping.
