About This Project

Extensive remodel of the sales and service departments at Crown Lexus. The project was split into two phases, allowing the sales or service teams to occupy the building during construction. The showroom was remodeled and opens up the floor space. Sales offices were added and remodeled with modern finishes. The service side was taken back to its shell and remodeled with all new finishes. Additionally, the service area was expanded on bringing on new space and storefront lighting.

On the exterior, the soffit on the service drive and in front of the dealership were raised to add more space and dimension under their roofs. All new cladding, and a Lexus “blade wall” were added to this structure per the Lexus image.
