About This Project

A new Design/build collaboration with AHT Architects 200-key Hyatt House hotel at the USC Health Sciences campus. The basement level is to be conference space, the first floor is lobby/retail/restaurant space, while floors 2-5 are guest rooms.  This project adds hospitality, dining and retail options to this campus and surrounding region.
