About This Project

New seafood restaurant for 2017 in the Old Town Pasadena district. Project was remodeled in an existing historical building. Even with the stringent codes given the location (high foot traffic, confined, noise ordinances) and historical aspects, we were able to deliver a smooth building experience with a completed project that was on time and on budget.
