With Kunzik and Sara, the carpentry (wood and metal framing, concrete, drywall, etc) and various other trades are performed in-house. Our self-perform work is unique in today’s modern General Contracting companies. Many General Contractor’s will subcontract all trades.
By having experienced journeyman tradesmen in-house, we are able to drive coordination and deliver a high quality, cost-efficient product to our clients. With project managers, superintendents, tradesmen, and laborers working on every project together, we are able to quickly coordinate and create a finished product that is curated toward our client’s desires.
With finalized plans, Kunzik and Sara can provide a competitive bid to any project. Special and unique parts in the project will be considered in the bidding process and outlined in the budget. Our experienced estimators are able to catch these parts in the bidding process. This gives a realistic cost to our client up front. Using this approach, we are able to cut down on project overruns and limit change orders, in many cases, to zero.
Our highly experienced project management team, along with our superintendents, provide coordinating, estimating, scheduling, purchasing, supervising and accounting for each project’s successful completion. This supply chain of labor and materials give Kunzik and Sara the capability to control the quality of materials used on the site. It also creates a control over the finished project because we work closely with our suppliers and ensure the finished product is delivered unblemished.
